  • RAWROW Limited Lifetime Warranty



    Our warranty guarantees a limited lifetime warranty for any RAWROW product. We guarantee a wider range of product repair or exchange during the first 1 year after purchase.

    Proof of purchase, or purchase date is mandatory in order to receive the benefits of the limited lifetime warranty.

    For products that need to be sent to RAWROW for repair, please note the applicant is responsible for round trip shipping and repair costs, except for the case of manufacturing defects.

    If your product damage is eligible for DIY or local repair, receiving the repair parts and conducting local repair is possible.

    1. What it is

    RAWROW guarantees a limited lifetime warranty for products sold to you in its original packaging against the manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover repairs resulting from carrier damage, misuse or neglect of the product, normal wear and tear, or repairs beyond the warranty period.

    We guarantee a wider range of product repair or exchange during the first 1 year after purchase.


    For R TRUNK, if damage occurs within 1 year from the date of purchase, you can receive a comparable warranty replacement at 35% of the retail price.

    For R BAG and R EYE, if damage occurs within 1 year from the date of purchase, we will repair the repairable defects free of charge.

    1) Exact purchase date, or proof of purchase is mandatory to receive limited warranty benefits.
    2) If the exact material used in the product is unavailable, it will be replaced with another material with the same function. Refund requests due to this replacement will not be accepted.
    3) If the exact replacement product is discontinued or out-of stock, it may be replaced with a different product with equal value. Refund requests due to this replacement will not be accepted.
    4) Some accessories and consumables other than the categories specified above may not be covered by the warranty.


    3. How it works
    A copy of the purchase receipt is required to determine warranty applicability. If you are unable to provide a purchase receipt, repair charges will be the applicant’s responsibility.
    According to the warranty time frame, defective products may be repaired at RAWROW’s expense, if it is within 1 year from purchase.
    Comparable warranty replacements are available for global shipping, but shipping will be charged to the applicant. The round shipping costs for repair are the applicant’s responsibility.
