Title I need to repair my product

How repairs work

1. Send an email applying for repair to contact@rawrow.com using the template stated below.

2. Our customer service team will review your request and give approval and quote for repair.

3. After approval, the applicant will send the damaged product to RAWROW with shipping paid in advance.

4. RAWROW receives the product, issues a Paypal payment of repair fee + shipping fee, and gets the product repaired.

5. After repair, product is sent back to applicant.

Please send an email requesting repair to contact@rawrow.com using the template below, and we’ll be sure to get back to you!

     (meaning we only send you the parts, and you can either DIY at home or find a local repair shop to fix the damage)

Repair within warranty period

- Due to product defect : Products available for repair will be fixed free of charge. If unavailable for repair we will exchange for a new product. RAWROW pays shipping fees.

- Due to customer fault : Products available for repair will be fixed with charge (except for some cases). If after examining it the product is declared unrepairable, it will be sent back to the owner. Applicant pays for shipping.

* Warranty period : All RAWROW products have a warranty period of 1 year after product receipt.



Things to note when applying for repair

* The applicant has to arrange shipping from their base country to RAWROW.

* The applicant has to pay for round-trip shipping unless damage is caused by product defect.

* Shipping cost from Korea to recipient will vary according to item weight and base country.

* All price indicated in the above table does not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will vary according to item weight and the country the customer is based.

* Product repair fees may occur on the warranty period.

* Some are eligible for local repair - we will assist you with availability & price information when you submit the application.
